Nothing is more basic to a site than electricity.
Bad electricity can cause havoc with computer equipment.
After connecting machines to the electrical outlets at a site, we still had intermittent problems.
Upon further inspection...
The building has an outside ground wire BUT it was NOT CONNECTED to the electrical feed.
